The Problem

Treasury teams are running 2013 plumbing for 2026 money

Money movement in 2026 happens on two planes that barely talk to each other. On one: the banking system — reliable, regulated, and slow at borders, where a "fast" payment is three business days and a fast one still costs $40 plus an unquoted FX spread. On the other: public blockchains — instant, cheap, and 24/7, but operationally a minefield for a finance team: key management, address errors, no payslips, no statements, an auditor raising an eyebrow.

So teams glue them together by hand. Stablecoin revenue gets off-ramped at an exchange by whoever has the login. Fiat payouts go out by wire because that's what the bank offers. The reconciliation lives in a spreadsheet that one person owns and everyone fears.

Astro Breeze is the missing layer between the two: one account relationship, one ledger, one set of controls — across both planes. The regulated heavy lifting stays with licensed partner institutions; the speed and reach of on-chain settlement becomes something your treasury policy can actually operate.

A Real Flow

Stablecoin in, fiat out — the whole chain, priced

Here's a settlement week for a marketplace that collects in USDT and pays suppliers in EUR and BRL. One flow, three planes, every fee on the table — this is what "one relationship" means in numbers.

  • Collected 400,000 USDT from buyers across three chains
  • Auto-rule converted half to USD on deposit, held half on-chain for on-chain suppliers
  • Paid 14 EU suppliers by SEPA (same day) and 9 BR suppliers by PIX (instant)
  • Reconciled the whole week from one journal — no exchange statements, no spreadsheets

The week, line by line

The same week over correspondent-bank wires would carry roughly $1,000+ in wire and intermediary fees alone, plus an FX spread no one quoted up front.

Before & After

What treasury week looks like

Before

Banking portal + exchange + spreadsheet

  • Monday — pull exchange statements, manually match on-chain deposits to customers
  • Tuesday — wire requests typed one by one; intermediary fees surface days later
  • Wednesday — FX spread discovered on the invoice, budget variance "unexplained"
  • Thursday — chase the auditor's questions about where the stablecoin revenue went
  • Friday — the spreadsheet. Pray nobody edited row 47
After

One ledger, both planes

  • Monday — on-chain deposits already matched; auto-convert rules executed over the weekend (chains don't close)
  • Tuesday — batch payouts queued with approvals; SEPA/PIX cut-offs handled per corridor
  • Wednesday — every FX rate from last week documented at quote time, variance explained before it exists
  • Thursday — auditor gets statements and an audit trail export; questions answered by records, not memory
  • Friday — journal pushed to the ledger automatically. Treasury is a checklist, not an adventure

Who Runs On Astro Breeze

Three teams, three money problems

Marketplaces & platforms

Collecting from buyers in a dozen countries, paying sellers in their currencies, and carrying reference fields end-to-end so the ledger reconciles itself instead of fueling a reconciliation team.

Web3-native companies

Revenue arrives on-chain, but salaries, taxes and invoices live in fiat. They need the off-ramp to be an accounting event, not an exchange withdrawal with a screenshot for a receipt.

Corporate treasury

Entities across borders moving balances on schedule, hedging in stablecoins when banks quote week-long settlement, and answering to an auditor who wants the audit trail more than the yield.

How It Works

Live in days, not quarters

Onboard

Complete KYB on your entity and beneficial owners. Most enterprise applications are reviewed within 2–5 business days.

Fund

Fund by wire, local transfer or stablecoin deposit — USDC and USDT to your operational wallets.

Convert & hold

Hold balances in 30+ currencies or convert stablecoins to fiat on demand at transparent rates.

Pay out

Disburse through the rail that fits: instant local networks, same-day wires or on-chain transfers.

Settlement cut-offs (typical, ET)

Missed a cut-off? The payment rolls to the next window with a stated new ETA — visible, not vanished.

Operations

Built for the way treasury actually works

The demo is easy; the details are the product. What's under the hood:

  • Maker–checker everywhere — conversions and payouts above your threshold need a second approver, enforced by the platform
  • Allowlists with cool-downs — on-chain sends only to pre-approved addresses; new addresses wait 24 hours
  • Reason codes on every exception — a failed payout tells you why and what happens next; nothing sits in "unknown"
  • Audit trail by default — every action carries who/what/when, exportable to your data warehouse
  • Named coverage — enterprise clients get a coverage manager who knows their corridors
Built for Two Teams

Treasury Dashboard

A no-code console for your finance operation: balances, conversions, approvals and payouts in one place.

  • Multi-entity balance view
  • Maker–checker payment approvals
  • Address allowlists for wallet safety

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Astro Breeze a bank?

No. Astro Breeze is a technology company and registered Money Services Business, not a bank. Fiat accounts and safeguarding services are provided through licensed partner banking institutions.

Which stablecoins and chains do you support?

USDC and USDT on major chains including Ethereum, Tron, Base and Polygon. Chain coverage is expanded based on enterprise client demand — ask your coverage manager about a chain that's missing.

Can I receive both fiat and stablecoin into the same platform?

Yes — that's the core of the product. Named fiat accounts for local rails, operational wallets for on-chain settlement, and conversion between the two inside one balance view and one ledger.

Do stablecoin deposits settle on weekends?

Yes. Blockchain networks run 24/7, so deposits credit on Saturdays and holidays after network confirmations. Fiat side follows banking hours — a weekend conversion request executes the next banking window, clearly shown.

What happens when a payout fails?

It depends on the failure point, and you see it either way: bad account details are caught at verification (nothing sent); rail-side failures retry automatically then escalate with a reason code; on-chain sends to a wrong network return to your balance. Every state change is logged and visible.

How long does onboarding take?

Enterprise KYB is typically reviewed within 2–5 business days once entity documents and beneficial-owner information are complete. Complex multi-entity structures can take longer; a parallel sandbox can open sooner.

Do you support our industry?

We serve most licensed and unregulated industries, but a number of prohibited categories apply. Share your use case with our team and we will confirm coverage during onboarding.

How do payouts get priced?

Enterprise pricing is quoted per corridor and volume band after a short discovery call. There are no hidden FX margins — rates are shown before you confirm a conversion and locked at execution.
